I have a VERY hot take; The 968 wasn’t as attractive as the 944.

Front... I like the 928-style headlights better.
Middle and aft, 951 (944 Turbo) and S2 is much sharper and less melted/sagging than 968 looks.
But the above 928 is a great looking car in it’s own right.

My bad I meant 928 and not 968. But yeah, I agree the 928 is attractive in its own right, but for some reason the 944 was just such a sharp car for its time. The obnoxious fender flares, the aggressive valance, big rear wing, it was 80s to the max. The 928 really came into its own when the S4 came out. It really made the car look sleek.
